Rural Health Partners of Greater Eufaula is a coalition of healthcare professionals, community members, and business leaders who believe every resident—no matter their ZIP code—deserves access to quality healthcare. We’re rooted in the belief that healthier communities start with investment, advocacy, and local collaboration.

We work across southeast Alabama and southwest Georgia to support rural hospitals, connect patients with providers, and raise awareness around critical healthcare needs. By facilitating grants, hosting educational initiatives, and supporting local infrastructure, we’re paving the way for long-term health equity in Greater Eufaula.

With its members' vision, expertise, and passion, our Board of Directors helps Rural Health Partners achieve its mission of expanding healthcare access and strengthening infrastructure in Southeast Alabama and Southwest Georgia.

At Rural Health Partners of Greater Eufaula, our mission is simple but powerful: to promote the health of residents in the rural communities of southeast Alabama and southwest Georgia. We do this by supporting healthcare infrastructure and improving the delivery, availability, and accessibility of quality healthcare and health education. By aligning with hospitals, providers, educators, and leaders, we advocate for long-term solutions that strengthen our region’s health outcomes.

We are a coalition of healthcare professionals, families, business owners, and community leaders who understand the challenges faced in rural healthcare. We founded RHP to create a unified voice for the underserved, to pursue grants and funding where none existed, and to build bridges between providers and the people they serve. Our work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a belief that geography should never determine the quality of care a person receives.
